Idle Rebellion
A downloadable game
This was a game made during the Ai and Games Game Jam, it was an interesting concept yet there wasn't enough time during the jam to complete it thus I kept on working on it after the game jam, I try and update as regularly as possible, I have now started with procedural generation of the terrain and resources, next on the list will be the structures and enemies.
You are a professor of technology with an interest in human-computer interaction. You've been sent on a mission to explore the world and collect data to study your theories on the connection between man and technology. But as you explored the world, suddenly you were attacked by soldiers that call themselves "warriors of the light", you managed to escape but your ship was heavily damaged and now are stranded on this planet so far away from home. You spent the past few months living among the people of Revalon, but soon found that you are not safe here either. As an outsider, no one will grant you protection or understanding. You cannot stay in this world forever, waiting for someone else to find you. You must find a way to escape - whichever way possible. You start gathering resources, developing your self and building all the technology that you can remember as you will need it all to survive and escape. Your life is a game of survival, you have to figure out who are the good guys and who are the bad. You've gotten close to some people here, but others make it clear that they will do anything to get rid of you. Soon you'll need allies if your plan is going to work, but it's difficult because Revalonians distrust outsiders - they might be more dangerous than the soldiers attacking them. As an outsider, no one will understand or support you. That's why you've decided to create your own help, but it'll take time for your base to reach the level necessary for creating such help.
